The State of Indiana contracts with an Indianapolis company (the Agency) to survey disabled and elderly clients about state-subsidized healthcare services. These clients receive services such as physical therapy, institutional and in-home nursing care, transport to and from healthcare related appointments, etc. The Agency conducts multiple surveys based both on random samples and custom samples using information in various State’s data bases. The survey process requires the Agency to interact with various entities including other State agencies, State case managers, State-approved service providers and the clients receiving State subsidized services.
